Virtual Events

Due to ongoing border closures, social distancing, and other challenges, many events are now being held virtually.  Attendees can be from anywhere, nationally or globally. Planning and coordination of such a virtual event as well as ensuring a high level of engagement is a challenge many organisations and event planners are experiencing. 

Microsoft Teams

By using Microsoft Teams, event planners have a central location to save all conversations, documents, registrations, agendas, notes, and videos relating to the event. The use of channels allows grouping of all this information e.g. by topics, themes, or dates. 

  • The communications and assets are visible to all relevant parties
  • All parties involved are aware of each other’s roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaboration on a single platform encourages a high level of engagement.
